Friendly and fast

Donte was on time and very polite. It was an easy process and he was in & out very quickly!

Process was smooth start to finish, although initially I did call the number to set the appt and no one called back but after a couple days I remembered I hadn't heard back and found the notice I got so was able to schedule the appt online. Donte was professional, and quick. All told he was probably here for 10-15 minutes. Great customer service and easy to work with. My only recommendation would be to make sure you are responding to voicemails as a lot of our elderly are not tech savvy.

Donté was extremely efficient, polite, and answered my question about how often the transmitting part of the automated water meter reader needed to be replaced (about every ten years). Mine lasted for about 11.
